“God grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change, courage to change things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.” When things happen in our lives that are beyond our control and understanding - difficult and bitter situations on various levels - we are not completely helpless.

With full awareness of the effort, acceptance, and a dose of trust, let us reach for Family Constellations. This method gives us insight into our past, present and future. By working with the body and soul, we seek lasting solutions and answers on how to improve our lives.

Constellation workshops are, in fact, one large constellation. When representing yourself or someone else, the masks fall away. We see with our own eyes how our lives truly are and what we need to change to make our lives better. We free ourselves from burdens that do not belong to us and from entanglements that block our expression and will.

During our workshop, using the Family/Systemic Constellation method according to Bert Hellinger, we enter deep shamanic rituals. We support ourselves with Reiki and various other methods of interactive group work. We experience a connection with a powerful source of energy - Source Energy that each of us can access.

The image, as you see, is a lure, an invitation. Not everything that is difficult has to be approached with deadly seriousness. Sometimes, we can also work with a smile and joy:)

What will our days look like?

The retreat begins on Sunday, 29th September with dinner at around 18:00. Each day, we will start with a morning warm-up. After each meal, there will be around 1.5 hours of free time. We will have approximately eight hours of group work daily. Activities will take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather. The event will conclude on Friday, 4th October with lunch.

We will work using various methods, such as:

* Bert Hellinger's Systemic Constellation

* Shamanic practices

* breathwork

* Reiki and energy cleansing

* elements of Tantra

* dance and other forms of bodywork

* contact with nature, and many others...

Food and Accomodation

Immersing ourselves in the tranquil beauty of the serene village of Hundslund, nestled in Jutland, Denmark, we will spend our days in a charming, fully equipped half-timbered cottage from 1894. Each room accommodates 2-3 persons. Surrounded by lush forests and untouched nature, this secluded house offers the perfect setting for deep exploration and connection.

We will prepare our own food, enjoying three delicious vegetarian meals daily. Additionally, fruit, coffee, and tea will be available throughout the duration of the workshop.

Transport

Participants must make their own travel arrangements. The best mode of transportation is by car; alternatively, there is a decent connection via public transport. Organizers can assist with arranging transportation.
