Gratitude is one of the strongest positive emotions. It minimizes stress and enhances mood.
Every day, every moment you have reasons to be grateful. The very fact that you are alive and can read this, is reason enough. Because even if you don't like your life, you would like to have a different one, better one, you can and should be grateful for the one you have.
And if life is too much, choose anything else. Maybe you ate something good, saw a beautiful being in the street, or watched a great movie ...
Find anything to express gratitude and your well-being will immediately improve.
